Tiwa Savage is nominated in best female catgeory, Phyno in best new act, Dr Sid and Don jazzy in song of the year. Other nominated Nigerian artists include

Davido, P-Square, Chidinma, May D.

The show is expected to have appearances by renown American celebrities,Marlon Wayansas the host, while French Montana,MiguelandTrey Songzwill render stunning performances.
