Kim Kardashian attended the GQ Men of the Year Awards with husband Kanye West in London, and she didn't leave much to the imagination.
For the event, she wore this crystal-encrusted custom-made haute couture gown by Ralph and Russo. Her assets are in full display in what resembles a swimsuit underneath the tulle fishtail design.
